At HFP we like making things personal.  Our clients’ work through personally designed programs for improvements in health, strength, performance and body composition.  We believe you deserve better than a one-size fits all approach to training.

Each session is designed with a scientific basis in mind that will push you to your ever-growing capacity.  Programs only survive several sessions before they are replaced with more challenging exercises and workload variables.  This will enable continued progression and avoid stagnation.

Training sessions typically involve a series of specific warm up movements, multi-joint exercises, High Intensity Intervals and specific mobility drills.
