HFP are for those who are serious about making change. Along with our extensively qualified experts we offer all the tools to get you there, including specialised strength training equipment, body composition scans, myotherapy massage therapy and nutrition planning, all which enable our expert fitness trainers to deep dive into customising a plan just for you.

You can expect a comprehensive approach at every session, with our trainers reviewing your progress, charting your improvement, and analysing the results. Our attentive individual approach will ensure success without plateau.

Using body composition scanning, we obtain real-time data on your body makeup. Measuring muscle weight, body fat, water and mineral content, these markers are unique to you and help HFP to develop a plan to your needs, not your demographic.

Our nutrition coaching will track your habits to help you develop a healthy eating plan while also using natural foods to improve your performance. We guide you in how your choices are enhancing or prohibiting effective change.

Our in-house physiotherapy team offer massage therapy to not only relieve muscle soreness and fatigue you may have from lifestyle or injury but treats the underlying cause of the pain – a focused rehabilitation treatment.

We will adhere to all health and wellness industry requirements legislated by government. To date, it has not been a requirement to wear a face mask when training and exercising.
