This belief has led him to seek out the best trainers, organisations and health care specialists in the world to develop a skill set that can help a wide variety of people.  He specialises in delivering tailored programs that account for training, nutrition, lifestyle and health status to help clients see the results they’re after.

Luke’s experience in state level cricket taught him that a well structured plan for success is critical and should extend beyond the one hour training session in the gym.  He loves working with people who are dedicated to achieving their goals and his success is underpinned in the area of Strength and Body Transformations.

Luke works with a deliberate and strategic approach that instils confidence in his clients as they are able to see their path to progress every step of the way.
