HFP offers several personal training options designed to suit your needs and get you to your goal in the quickest way possible.
We offer entry level packs for people looking to train with flexibility.
More structured fitness training packages are designed to give you a total coaching experience in the HFP philosophy of training, nutrition, lifestyle balance, hormone regulation and injury prevention. These packages are designed for people who are motivated for change, willing to invest a little time and ready to sharpen the sword to get to their goal.

We understand that life does get in the way of our goals sometimes and have allowed an additional two weeks (14 weeks in total) for all sessions to be completed.
Payment methods
Our range of packages can be paid upfront or via direct debit through EziDebit.
10 Session packs
Our 10-session packs are designed for people with more flexible goals in mind and allow for as little as one training session per week. All sessions must be completed within 10 weeks.
Our Gold and Silver 12-week programs along with our 10-session packs are available as one-on-one personal training or as a double session option where you and one other person train together with your coach during your allocated session time.
Studio membership
Membership packages for unlimited use of the club are available monthly, or for periods of 3, 6 or 12 months. This membership is only available to current personal training clients with the benefits of:
- Training in the studio at additional times beyond your personal training session.
- Training with personalised programs, written by your coach
- Permanent storage locker.
- Discounts on selected services and products.

Our personal trainers take a consultative approach. Our head coach will hold an explorative conversation of your goals and lifestyle, as it is just as important to us as it is for you, to find the best coach and the right package.

We all know that life involves change, so there is some flexibility in accommodating your needs.
HFP offer 24-hour cancellation policies. If you need to reschedule, please contact your coach to make a new time, subject to their availability.
