Training Packages

At HFP we believe consistency is king and know that your body’s sole purpose is to adapt to it’s environment.  With these philosophies in mind we created our unique 12 Week Progression Program designed to get you to your goal in the quickest, most sustainable way possible.   Our program will give you a total coaching experience in the HFP philosophy of training, nutrition and lifestyle balance.

Our packages are designed for people who are motivated for change, willing to invest a little time and ready to sharpen the sword to get to their goal.  Each package includes a unique balance of personal training, body composition analysis, nutrition, lifestyle coaching and if needed, remedial therapy.

PLATINUM – 12 WEEK PROGRESSIONS PROGRAM

Package includes 4x individual or small group sessions per week

GOLD – 12 WEEK PROGRESSIONS PROGRAM

Package includes 3x individual or small group sessions per week

SILVER – 12 WEEK PROGRESSIONS PROGRAM

Package includes 2x individual or small group sessions per week

STARTER PACK – 10 SESSIONS OVER 8 WEEKS

For individuals wanting guidance and suggestions toward their goal on a less frequent basis
